Why do we like this?

Cerebral and pulsating, D.C.'s Nick Garcia's latest track "Changes" is an emotional exercise through ethereal techno dreamscapes. Finding a common ground where cold precision and warm fuzzies can co-habitate, Garcia's newest offering dives into the more IDM side of electronica while delivering organic, full spectrums of gorgeous ambience.

Part of an EP project where the young tastemaker is using signature modular softwares and synthesizers, this is a mature entry in a very colorful series of releases in Garcia's discography. He's definitely a talent to keep an eye on in Washington, D.C.'s increasingly relevant music scene.
