A tale of fighting her demons, "Help Me" is anchored by bluesy-folk guitar strumming and Wyn's unique vocals that draw you completely in. There's a little bluegrass and country flavor to the twanging guitar melodies, while I clan't rave enough about Wyn's raw singing voice that melds so well with her instrumentation.

"I wanted to write about what it feels like to be in a really dark space mentally and trying to hide it from everyone because you're scared of what people think; it's me trying to find a way out of the madness."
