Yoko Ono was rushed to the hospital Friday night after reportedly being found unconscious in her Manhattan apartment.
The artist, musician, and activist was rumored to have suffered a stroke, but these reports were soon dismissed by her publicist, who stated: "The earlier reports were erroneous. There is no stroke and there are no life-threatening circumstances as has been described to me."
Ono was actually hospitalized under her doctor’s advisement, after suffering from dehydration and slurred speech. She had previously been fighting off a flu. Ono was hospitalized at Mount Sinai Roosevelt Hospital, where husband John Lennon passed away 36 years earlier. Sean Lennon, son of Yoko Ono and John Lennon, confirmed that his mom “is FINE” on Twitter:

Ono has since returned home and is in good spirits despite the health scare. The 83-year-old is still kickin it.
