It has been a long wait for fans of The Last Shadow Puppets, but the band will finally release their sophomore album on April 1.
The Last Shadow Puppets, Arctic Monkey's Alex Turner and Miles Kane, released their debut album, The Age of the Understatement, in 2008 to high praise. Amongst that praise was a nomination for the 2008 Mercury Music Prize, which Turner and the Arctic Monkeys had won just two years prior. In the coming years the Arctic Monkeys would explode in worldwide popularity, which forced The Last Shadow Puppets to the back burner.
Today the band has shared a third song from the upcoming release, Everything You've Come to Expect. "Aviation" follows the previously released album title track and "Bad Habits."
Everything You’ve Come to Expect Tracklist: 01. Aviation 02. Miracle Aligner 03. Dracula Teeth 04. Everything You’ve Come To Expect 05. The Element Of Surprise 06. Bad Habits 07. Sweet Dreams, TN 08. Used To Be My Girl 09. She Does The Woods 10. Pattern 11. The Dream Synopsis
