Summer is coming! The weather here in New York hasn’t quite realized but the promise of warmth and long summer nights is tantalizingly close. Every year SummerStage hosts concerts and events throughout the summer months at various parks throughout New York City. SummerStage is best known for its outdoor concert space inside New York’s most iconic park, Central Park.
The 2016 Summerstage events kick off this week with a concert planned for this coming Wednesday night featuring two huge acts — Rudimental and Gorgon City!
I’ve been to several concerts at Summerstage over the years and I can tell you, every act wants to play there because it’s such a unique venue. It’s one of the rare settings (perhaps the only?) where New Yorkers can enjoy a large-scale and dedicated outdoor concert experience on the island of Manhattan.
SummerStage is small enough to have an intimate feel and big enough to whip a willing crowd into a frenzy. Concert fans get to see acts play among the high trees as day turns to night with the sun setting over the west side of the park.

I'm so excited I just can't hide it! In all seriousness can't wait to get to the US with the Gorgon boys. Especially looking forward to Central Park, home of Joey Tribbiani. Gonna be a huge show in a wicked setting. One not to miss!!
