The WWE's As part of the festivities, Snoop Dogg will be inducted in the WWE's Hall of Fame "celebrity wing."

A press release from the WWE points out numerous times that Snoop has been involved with the professional wrestling association over the years. Some of the best moments are captured in this announcement video.

"Snoop Dogg keeps a close eye on WWE to this day, and is arguably the biggest fan of his cousin, “The Boss” Sasha Banks," read the release.

Snoop will become the first musician in the hall and will be joining celebrity inductees such as Donald Trump, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mr. T, and Mike Tyson.

The induction ceremony will air live on WWE Network at 8 p.m. EST on Saturday, April 2. Snoop will be inducted along with Sting, the Godfather, the Fabulous Freebirds, Big Boss Man, and Jacqueline and Stan Hansen.

Last week in an interview with Rolling Stone, Banks hinted that her cousin, Snoop, may just make an appearance on WrestleMania the night following his induction. Banks will be competing  for the Diva's Championships in a Triple Threat Match.

"Maybe you should watch WrestleMania and you might see it, you never know!" Banks said. "I don't need someone to walk me to the ring every week and hold my hand like Charlotte does, but Snoop can make an appearance once in a while. Some people need their daddy to hold their hand and walk them down to the ring, which is fine. Some people need fire to have an entrance, which is OK. But I'm a Boss. I don't need that stuff."
