Those of you who were following the website back in the old days (circa 2009) may recall that one of my favorite bands were surf / folk pioneers Real Estate.

Flash forward 7 years, and they still hold a special place in my heart. Which makes me all the more stoked that 1) (((FolkYEAH!))) is hosting them for a 3-day residency at The Chapel in San Francisco; 2) I'm actually going to be there.

It's all ages, with doors opening at 9pm. Tickets are available for June 27th, June 28th or June 29th. I'll be there on the 27th -- come say hi!
