San Francisco's Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival has come to a close, but not before ending with a bang, and some sunshine!  Sunday not only was highlighted with artists such as Snakehips, Jack Garratt, Kehlani, DIIV, Griz, Rufus Du Sol, Chance the Rapper, Third Eye Blind, Major Lazer, Miguel, Lana Del Rey, and Lionel Richie, but for me, the main attraction was the sunshine.

After the first two soggy and overcast days, albeit with some great tunes (Radiohead FTW), the sun was out in full effect creating the happiest frenzy among concert goers.  Surprisingly, I noticed that there were more people in attendance early Sunday afternoon that any other day.

Sunday's prime time began for San Francisco's own Third Eye Blind around 3pm when at least 40,000 people were gathered at the main stage for a good ol' sing-a-long.  Things turned up a bit and got a little ratchet-y for Major Lazer a few hours later.  A few other highlights that perhaps not a lot of people were able to experience were the official OSL after party shows that took place at venues around the city.  One particular night show that was worth the adventure was Jauz at The Independent on Saturday night.  I highly recommend adding him to you radar, and perhaps check him out in Vegas during his residency.

Until next year Outside Lands, thank you again for the memories and good times.
