The Los Angeles County Museum of Art put together a short five-minute documentary about artist Barbara Kruger, titled Picturing Barbara Kruger. Released back in 2014 as part of the museum's ART+FILM series, it was first shown to the public at SXSW in 2015.

The soundtrack to the short film was created by none other than Nicolas Jaar, featuring a rumbling, drawn out, absolutely stunning remix of Kanye West's 2013 track "Blood On The Leaves," which features a sample of Nina Simone's song "Strange Fruit."

Although not exactly new, considering the buzz around Kanye right now, it's unsurprising that the track has been uncovered by Pitchfork, less than 24 hours before West releases his new album, which is now titled The Life of Pablo.

Watch the film and listen to the track below. Atop the music you can hear Kruger describing her history and involvement in the art community, her creative processes and more.
