If you're from Brazil, Argentina or Chile then the first half of this article is for you. The xx are headed your way at the end of March 2017. Panic! Freak out! Run to wherever is selling tickets and harass everyone there. The band will be at Lollapaloozas from the 25th of March 'til the 2nd of April next year.

The festivals will host rather stacked line-ups including The Strokes, The Weeknd, The 1975, The Metallica and The Tove Lo, to name but a few (Metallica and Tove Lo don't actually have 'The' before their names).

For the rest of the world, this half is for you. The upcoming tour may very well be a sign that the band's imminent third album is indeed on it's way. Band member Romy Madley Croft had previously said that it isn't easy for the band to write music while on tour, and now that the tour bus is firing back up it must mean that the band either hates us, or has finished their homework.

Let's just hope that this doesn't turn into some kind of Frank Ocean debacle. Please Jamie, don't go there!
