It was announced today that Muse will be joining the already impressive list of headline acts at this year's Benicassim festival, an annual festival that takes place in Benicassim on the east coast of Spain. 

The news about Muse joining the lineup broke via their twitter page earlier today.

This will mark the second time that Muse has played at Benicassim, with their set in 2007 being their first. 

Muse joins Kendrick Lamar, Major Lazer, The Chemical Brothers, Massive Attack, and Disclosure as the festivals headliners. Other acts include The 1975, Jamie XX, Bloc Party, and Catfish & The Bottlemen. 

The festival will take place between the 14th-17th of July. Tickets can be bought at the festival website.
