Gothenburg-born, Stockholm-based Lorentzo Jönsson recently released a new EP, Gothenburg Blues.
A unique blend of organic and electronic instrumentation and sound, the EP is described as "naked, melancholic and revolves mostly around love." Gorgeously produced indie songs with a distinctly Scandinavian flair, it is a welcome return for the artist, who last released an EP, For The Night, back in 2012.
The four tracks bring a deep sense of contemplation to upbeat indie pop. Notably through Jönsson's rich melodies and atmospheric backdrops, it is the kind of music that makes you want to dance, and reflect on life and love, all at the same time.
The EP is available digitally and on vinyl - you can grab a copy on Spotify or iTunes, and stream the whole release below.
