Kurt Vile, A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg To Appear In New HBO Show “Animals”

Move over Bojack Horseman, there’s a new animated series about anthropomorphic animals coming to town. Only, this new show looks to have a promising future in the indie music scene.

Making its debut in February, HBO’s Animals is an offbeat comedy about — yes, you guess it — animals. Produced by Mark Duplass and Jay Duplass (“Togetherness” and “The Skeleton Twins”), the show follows downtrodden creatures, such as rats, pigeons, and bedbugs, living in New York City.

The cast will include the voices of Jessica Chastain, Nick Kroll, Adam Scott, Marc Maron, Eric Andre, and Wanda Sykes, but more importantly the show’s first season will also feature artists Kurt Vile, A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg.

Now the question is, what animals will Vile, Rocky and Ferg play as?

Animals premieres February 5th, at 11:30 p.m. ET on HBO.
