King Krule at Telagram Ballroom

King Krule will be playing at Telegram Ballroom, and in Los Angeles this November. The English artist has just announced his UK & USA tour dates, which you can find below. You'll also find a list of all the other artists who have played at Telegram Ballroom, which might give you an idea of how great this show will be. For good measure, we'll tell you a little bit about King Krule and unpack just what is going on in the new video for "Chech One."

Telegram Ballroom

The 600-capacity club has hosted the likes of Spoon, Delta Spirit, Television and Albert Hammond Jr. of The Strokes. It is connected to the Mercury Lounge and the Bowery Ballroom in New York, all three founded by Michael Swier. In November of 2017, it was been announced that King Krule will be playing there as part of his tour.

King Krule

Born Archy Ivan Marshall, King Krule is a 1994 baby who, since very young, has made big waves in the indie music scene. Hailing from England, he's a singer, rapper, songwriter, record producer, and musician. In a category of his own, his music incorporates sounds from the genres hip-hop, darkwave, trip-hop and jazz. Check out "Easy Easy" below for a bit of nostalgia. His first album, Six Feet Beneath the Moon, was released in 2013.

King Krule's “Czech One” Video

Alongside the announcement of tour dates, King Krule also released a video for his song "Czech One." In it, King Krule walks towards the camera in a pretty standard, yet old school, brown, English suit and then...he floats toward the sky. From there, he sings blindfolded on an airplane. We then dive into his bandaged eye toward visuals of flashing cities and skylines. As you might be able to guess, the video becomes more psychedelic as it goes on, watch the full thing below.
