Back in February Zedd, along with a multitude of other big names in the music business declared their support for Kesha. Zedd also pledged to produce for her and it looks like he's made good on the promise, with the pair posting pictures from the studio, having recently performed together at Coachella.

Since February Kesha's case has been thrown out of court and she was offered "freedom," from her contract with Dr. Luke's label Kemosabe Records if she were to retract all allegations of sexual assault by Dr. Luke. And though Sony hasn't been able to release Kesha from her contract they have agreed sever ties with Dr. Luke. Since Zedd is currently signed with Interscope Records, a subsidiary of Universal (Sony's Rival), the fate of their collaboration is a bit nebulous at this point.

Contractual obligations aside, Kesha praised and thanked Zedd profusely in her post saying

"it's a miracle when someone gives you a chance at finding your voice again with no reason other than that he is a fucking beautiful person with a heart of gold."

According to Zedd's Instagram, a collaborative track titled "True Colors" will be out this week on April 29. It's rumored to be a remake of his recent song of the same name, considering the pair performed it together at Coachella.
