Californian hip-hop artist Jay Rock has been hospitalized following a serious motorcycle accident. The news broke during the Grammy Awards, at which Rock's fellow TDE artist Kendrick Lamar took home five trophies.

Best known for his work with the Black Hippy crew alongside Lamar, Schoolboy Q and Ab-Soul, as well as his recent album 90059, the 30-year-old artist's condition is currently unknown, other than that he is "recovering."

Back in September, fellow rapper Fetty Wap wa also seriously injured in a motorcycle accident, but was not critical and has recovered well.

We wish Jay Rock all the best in his recovery and hope he is back making music and doing good in the community soon.
