Tyler, The Creator has been teasing fans via a countdown on his Twitter for the past week. Just a few months ago Tyler was supposedly gearing up to release an album called Scum Fuck Flower Boy. If you want to find out a bit more, read below.

Tyler, the Creator's New Album

In fact, despite expectations from fans, Tyler, the Creator isn't dropping a new album. The countdown on his Twitter was actually in anticipation of his new EP, Who Dat Boy 911. As a release it's more of a singles release than an EP; it features two tracks called "Who Dat Boy" and "911 / Mr Lonely."

In the lead up to the release Tyler engaged with followers by posting a photo per day on his Twitter as a 7 day countdown! Who Dat Boy 911 is out now, so you can make your verdict after listening here.

Scum Fuck Flower Boy

The most likely explanation as to why fans were expecting an album is due to the spread of false information about Scum Fuck Flower Boy. Rumors about a new album have been abuzz after a mysterious website, featuring a countdown clock, popped up back in May. Tyler was quick to provide the verdict of 'untrue.'

For anyone hoping that there would be new Tyler, the Creator, it's not an album, but at least it's new music!
