Remember the guy who made us realize that the U.S. government is spying on everything we do and then fled to Hong Kong? Well he's back (not physically, he's apparently still hiding in Russia) with a new single. Didn't know he was into house music? Neither did I, but I'm willing to bet the U.S. government did.

Edward Snowden has collaborated with French producer Jean-Michel Jarre to create the song "Exit". In his interview with The Guardian, Jarre referred to the track as a “hectic, obsessive techno track, trying to illustrate the idea of this crazy quest for big data on one side and the manhunt for this one young guy by the CIA, NSA and FBI on the other”. To complete the track he has Snowden speak over the music at times.

This track is more than just for entertainment, Jarre is trying to get what Snowden did out there. He thinks it's important for him to spread Snowden's message to his audience.

No word on whether Snowden will be releasing any other tracks in the near future, but we have to figure he's probably one of the harder guys in the world to catch for a collaboration.

Below is the song and the accompanying video Jarre shot while in Moscow.
