Chance The Rapper and filmmaker Spike Lee's ongoing beef only continues to escalate. The dispute stems from Spike Lee's 2015 film Chi-Raq, which Chance openly denounced as exploitative of Chicago and it's people.
In this latest installment, Chano took to Twitter to fire back at the director after recent comments he made at a Northwestern University lecture, in which he referred to Chance as a "Straight-up fraud."
In response Chance declared Lee "A Lame" and "a liar" in a series of four tweets. He even went so far as to threaten the potential release of audio of Spike allegedly begging him to be a part of his film:

Chi-Raq has been a lightning rod since it's release, leaving many to question the execution of the film, which was meant as a re-interpretation of the Ancient Greek tragedy Lysistrata, set in the heart of Chicago.
Some critics have panned the movie claiming it makes light of issues like Chicago's pervasive gun violence, and Chance The Rapper certainly seems to be in that camp. What do you think? Will this beef ever end? Stay tuned.
