Following the release of their first single a couple weeks ago, Neil Frances are back with “Finding Rhythm,” which is also set to appear on their debut album, There is No Neil Frances.
Built on a groovy foundation of smokey, wispy instrumentation with a strong shoegaze influence, a funky as hell bass-line, some fun synth zingers, and soft vocals, GRAE lends not only her stunning voice to the track, but her co-writing prowess as well. It’s been wonderful to see GRAE go from strength to strength over the last little while, and her addition to “Finding Rhythm” adds an extra layer of golden haze to an already stellar track.
“Finding Rhythm” is about the inner world of a relationship, and Neil Frances urge us to remember that there will be natural ups and downs, ebbs and flows, highs and lows in any relationship, and it’s all about finding your groove and following the rhythm.
