Why do we like this?

It's not often that I listen to a song and think, "This sounds a lot like The Beatles." I don't think a direct comparison is necessary or entirely accurate, but I dare you to give "Denim Belt" an honest listen, and not come away from the experience infatuated with Necklace's earnest approach to lyrics and melody.

Maybe it's just me. Maybe I've got a soft spot for this new band, who in two singles has managed to turn me into a full-time fan. Necklace's debut track "Bad Thing" is worth your time, too, once you're done frolicking in the sunshine that is "Denim Belt."
