Why do we like this?

Navie D is a self-proclaimed "brown guy from Canada that used to make beats for rappers." By rappers he means Joey Bada$$ and Big K.R.I.T, amongst others.

His debut EP has raised heads on Reddit for the last four months. You can stream those instrumentals, including personal favorite "Profiled," on Navie D's SoundCloud.

This new beat "Minkus" is a journey through bass space. Navie D is our pilot, and we're moving at breakbeat speed. I'm going to quit while I'm ahead with the space pilot metaphor.
