Why do we like this?

Nap LaJoy's latest song is good old indie rock. It's not pushing any cutting-edge boundaries; it just hits all the right notes and ends up sounding pretty solid to the ears.

The New York four-piece are gearing up to release a new album called Host on August 17th. They've been working on it for some time now, with some of the songs under development for the better part of a decade (as is often the case with a band's debut album).
