Naomi The Goddess The Runner

Came across this lovely little track the other day, and I was immediately drawn in by the gorgeous vocal and sparse electric guitar intro.

This is the first time I've come across Naomi The Goddess -- a new R&B / neo-soul singer from New Orleans -- but I doubt it will be the last time I post about her.

Produced by GOLDDIGGA, "The Runner" is a laid back, soul jam which plays out over a foundation of hip-hop beats, all held together by Naomi's gorgeous vocal, and later rap.

Says Naomi about the track -

"In every twin flame relationship there is always a runner, in this case it was me. I'd like to think in this song I reflected on the issues at hand and stood still for the first time in a long time."
