Why do we like this?
Would you jump if you were asked to? Would you, if it was someone you loved who asked you to jump?
"Feel This Once" is about a lover's leap. For Nadia Kamrath, the leap was literal as the two ends of a budding partnership went bridge-jumping into the Atlantic Ocean — a visceral experience within which one can't help but feel and touch life and love deeply.
And these are the moments that this passionate songwriter ferociously gives life to in her songs, as she explains:
"Songwriting is my favorite thing in the whole world and I’ve been doing it since I can remember. My parents have old videos of me making up lyrics and singing ridiculously before I even knew how to write. In all the years since then, I’ve filled notebooks and notebooks with my words. I love telling stories about my experiences and interpretations of love in its most fragile state. I hope you enjoy listening to my songs as much as I enjoyed creating them."
I, for one, definitely enjoyed listening to "Feel This Once" and I hope you do too.
