Why do we like this?

Admittedly, I've never really listened to much Nada Surf. The band has been around since ~1992, but "Concrete Bed" is the first time they've really caught my attention.

Why now? Well, NoiseTrade just released a free sampler of Nada Surf songs, including roughly ten awesome tracks. I've been listening through, and it has quickly become apparent that this band is worth a listen. Not sure why I was asleep at the wheel!
