Why do we like this?

What do you get when you combine the classically trained vocals, the brilliantly creative mind of Shara Nova, and the French language, under her band My Brightest Diamond? The dark and driving single, "Champagne," her first in nearly three years. 

I love the intimate yet harsh vibe of this song, both inviting the listener in and pushing them away. The full EP is arriving on April 27th, along with an English version -- but there is something about the French that gives it a real bite. I can't wait for more.
