Why do we like this?

The times sure have changed since we interviewed Mt. Wolf in early 2013. The London-based band broke up, and after a nearly year-long hiatus they've have moved on without singer Kate Sproule.

That hasn't stopped the band from producing incredibly poignant and beautiful music like last year's "Red." Most recently Mt. Wolf released "Hamburg," a sprawling slice of indie electronica that sat on our Popular chart for weeks.

Today we're premiering "VIII." The track features UK singer Alexa Harley, and though the vocalist may have changed, that beautiful, subtle Mt. Wolf vibe is still intact and the band's future feels as bright and warm as ever.

Mt. Wolf's Red EP will be available on April 13.
