Mt. Wolf has returned after a 12 month hiatus, and they've just released a stunning new single titled "Red."
Opening with subtle strums and a serene atmosphere, the ethereal atmosphere begins to form from the first beat. The vocals have a unique richness to them, really picking up the whole soundscape and leading it through the misty fray.
The delicate guitars carry the track through peaks and troughs, guided by blooming drums and those heavenly vocals. And the chorus is just gorgeous. It really is. The harmonized vocals soar above the proud percussion, before retreating once more to a softer place.
"Red" is a captivating, emotionally charged new track from the London group. I certainly hope we don't have to wait another year before the next one.
