Why do we like this?
It's been fun keeping tabs on Catching Flies these last few weeks. The London producer has opened a lot of eyes and ears with his ambitious debut EP, The Stars. If you're a fan of downtempo electronica that is both dynamic and mellow, then it's worth a listen, or twelve.
Fans of the previously hyped "Rainman" and "Sunrays" may have already heard Catching Flies' "Life Size Ghosts" remix. The original track is an enchanting piece of dream folk. One which Catching Flies prays proper homage to, while still taking the track in his own soulful direction.
