Why do we like this?

Chances are that when you join Marina & The Diamonds on tour, you're going to start drawing some attention. If you can capitalize on that by actually creating good music, you're in an even better spot.

Ladies and gents, without further ado, we'd like to share a new song by New York-based duo MS MR.

For some reason or another, "Hurricane" takes me back a decade or two -- clearly this could have been performed in the 90s. The song doesn't rely on anything fancy as far as production; instead, it turns to great vocals, an approachable melody, and simplicity.
