Guess who has no social media except for Instagram and YouTube? MOTO BANDIT. This makes it difficult for me to provide the proper links for your utilization to cyber-stalk them. Anyways, here is my review:
"Keanu: Weaponized" is centered at the corner of Post-Punk Avenue and Jangle Rock Street. There are some other influences thrown into the mix here, but those two seem to be the most prominent. This track feels somewhat melancholic despite its guitar pop prominence, which adds to its edgy allure.
I think we can all agree that the landscape of indie is drastically changing and promoting the force of pop. Not with this song though. Its lo-fi nature is reminiscent of the '80s and '90s, when alternative music was blooming and collecting influence from several elements.
