Why do we like this?
It's been a busy year for Scottish alt-rock trio Mosco. For the unfamiliar, Mosco first made a splash on Indie Shuffle in July with "Dissolve In The Sun," an incredibly catchy track that may remind listeners of talented indie acts like Arctic Monkeys and Alt-J.
I mentioned in my review of Mosco's second single "Hypothesis" that I could see the band going quite far with enough exposure. There's something alluring about Mosco's vocal harmonies and raw skills, which is evident on the young band's new Puzzle EP.
Today we're premiering the EP's title track, a tightly-knit indie rock song that compliments Mosco's heavier singles like "Dissolve in the Sun." "Puzzle" is one of five great reasons you should explore Mosco's new EP, which is currently streaming on SoundCloud.
