“Wonder” is a river of worries and heavy thoughts. I’ve had these thoughts, and I'm sure you have too.
It’s nice of Morgxn, whose real name is Morgan Isaac Karr, for reminding us that we are not alone in those moments. His lyrics are gospel-like, especially when they are complimented by those angelic backup vocals. But there's also a strong pop influence. Morgxn is not afraid to spice things up with some synth. When the beat drops low, it feels like something you'd hear at a club.
Whether you have a good sense of rhythm or not, this is one of those songs that’s easy to clap right along to the beat. Plus, you can leave your two left feet at home because this track is super easy to dance to as well.
To top it all off, a compelling message wraps everything up together. The lyrics are a nice reminder that you need to make progress for yourself, and to stop worrying about other people’s expectations or opinions.
