Why do we like this?

It's summer here in South Africa. And it's Christmas season too. Which means we've got a sorta weird mix of music when it comes to celebrating the holidays.

Where the Northern part of the world seeks out winter warmers, we're typically seeking a more tropical vibe. And Monster Rally have really hit the nail on the head with that from my standpoint.

Cleveland-based Ted Feighan is gearing up to release an album sometime next year, with "Island Hopping" serving as the lead single. There's a lovely blend of tropical lofi jazzy beats going on here - something I can't say I've heard pulled off very often. Hope you enjoy it like I do!
