Why do we like this?
"How ever do you want me? How ever do you need me?" If those questions mean anything to you, then you're gonna like this one. Soul II Soul's 1989 hit, "Back To Life" returns for the future dance queens of 2013.
Though nothing can compare to the classic's fly-girl appeal, Monsieur Adi does his well-documented remix revamp thing. The producer plays up the strings and just about everything else, forcing the track into serious dance diva territory with the support of A*M*E.
We first featured the rising UK vocalist on Duke Dumont's "Need U (100%)," but it's on this track that the 18-year-old opens up her pipes like she's got something to prove. When she turns the corner, singing, "Come on take a look around, what's going down," we know what's definitely goin' down.
