Why do we like this?

Scottish collective Mogwai has announced the release of their ninth record Atomic today. The album contains reworked versions of their soundtrack for the BBC atomic age documentary Storyville - Atomic: Living in Dread and Promise.

As well as announcing the album, the band have shared "U-235," an atmospheric electronic instrumental with probing synths and a sense of foreboding. 

Atomic is set for realises April 1.
