Why do we like this?

It's apparent that whatever Mndsgn touches turns to gold.

His not-so-new single, "Use your Mind" is a timeless indie R&B/funk/soul hybrid with an emphasis on reverberated electronic effects and echoey vocals. The ingredients to this track seem standard but Mndsgn's execution is what makes it a cut above the rest.
