Why do we like this?

Mizan is sublime. 

Possibly taken from her upcoming debut EP Dark Blue, "Thru" is an understated but nuanced love song. It's awesome in that it sounds sweet, and it's daring in that it's realistic. Mizan sits in the uncertainty of 'making it,' acknowledging that it's a nebulous and possibly fictitious destination. 

"At best life is long but not without end." Mizan shows us that pop sensibilities don't require the author or audience to not be curious or complex. I feel this is the start of a very interesting journey.
