Mizan has spent over a year rolling out her debut EP Dark Blue, and it seems quality indeed trumps quantity. Songs like "Anxious" and "Thru" grow with each dozen spins and still pack the emotive punch of a first listen.

Her latest Dark Blue spill, "7 Billion," follows suit, fleshing out the feeling of being a tiny grain of sand in this dirty beach of a world.
