Why do we like this?

I fell for Mini Trees back in May, with their single "Dust." As if often the case, if a band wins me over once, they tend to do it again.

"Thinking Of" has a slower, more-thoughtful tempo and approach to songwriting, with vocals that almost remind me of Enya or Frou Frou (the style of music is completely different of course).

The artist behind Mini Trees is LA-based Lexi Vega. If you dig her vibe, you can check her new EP Steady Me. You can listen to it here.
