Why do we like this?

Since bursting onto the scene earlier this year with his album Post-Nature, Melbourne's LUCIANBLOMKAMP has been making waves with his unique brand of dark, moody electronica, and this track is certainly no different.

A remix of fellow Melbournites Milwaukee Banks, Blomkamp spins the original's minimal hip-hop flavor into something more atmospheric, tastefully sampling Milwaukee Banks' vocals and complementing them with his own signature drum sounds, heavy bass lines and hazy (get it?) synths.

LUCIANBLOMKAMP's remix of "Hazy" is featured on the Rose Water Remixes EP, due for release on October 30 through Milwaukee Banks' Bandcamp.
