Why do we like this?

I've never heard of downtempo artist Midoca before this song, and I'm kind of shocked. The L.A. producer/ vocalist has one of those chilled-electronic vibes mixed with emotive vocals that have been all over the blog lately. 

On top of that, he just finished supporting Jai Wolf on tour and will be performing at Das Energi Festival this upcoming August.

"Everything I Need" is hazy and winding, with thick, crashing percussion. But in my opinion, the best part of the track is the raw honesty of the lyrics. They tell a story about letting go of someone who refuses your help when they need it. 

Midoca describes his sound as "moodwave" given the emotional subject matter of his music. Keep an eye on him on Facebook.
