Melbourne's Midnight Juggernauts has been at the forefront of Australian electronic game for some time now. Despite this, even given their consistent quality, they're an act I believe has been grossly under appreciated while other less groundbreaking acts have been hyped.
To celebrate their ten year anniversary, the trio have put together a new EP, Aerials, which is a release with a twist. It's a "name your price download," with all donations going toward the Aboriginal Benefits Foundation (which you can read more about here).
The first single from the EP is "Free Falling," a typically dark, spacey track which showcases the band's unique take on the electronic genre. It's this type of interesting music that has allowed Midnight Juggernauts to position themselves ahead of the game for so long -- and definitely a track (and record) to celebrate.
The Aerials EP can be purchased on the band's Bandcamp, and make sure to check out the track's incredible film clip here.
