Why do we like this?

Although released last year, I just discovered this gem. It's one of those songs that grows on you over time then you catch yourself craving to listen to it. I've showed it to everyone who gets in my car with me, and guess what...they all love it. Duh.

The vocals of Sofia D'Angelo remind me so much of Clairo; the same lush and clear vibe. Happy, little synth progressions with a catchy chorus. This song's simplicity allows you to relax and enjoy the ~mood~.

This track is from 2018 album HEATWAVE. Every song on this album has its own unique sound, but they all fall under the same genre: bedroom pop with a dash of R&B influence. Very cool to chill out to, so definitely check it out!
