There's something sorta cute about Michael Paradise's "Royal." It has hints of Darwin Deez, but a definite influence from The 1975.
Michael Paradise is a Toronto-based artist working toward his debut EP. According to his quirky bio, he's been in the industry for 18 years, starting with a stint singing condiment-related songs, and then moving on to African themes. Oh, and he spent 18 years in "copyright infringement" jail, wrongly accused of stealing a song from Alanis Morissette. Not bad for someone who barely looks 18-years-of age in his profile pic.
