"Crystalline" is the stunning debut single from 20-year-old newcomer Mhairi (pronounced man-ree).
A haunting and melancholy offering, "Crystalline" finds the UK based Mhairi's manipulated and hypnotic vocals simmering above the glitchy electronic production. This is a track with a wide range of influences (R&B, pop and electronica just to name a few) that's both mysterious yet familiar with it's dark pop sensibilities.

"Crystalline' explores the feeling of being lost inside your own mind, and how introversion can be a detriment to your sense of self and the relationships you have. The lyrics follow an internal dialogue, and shows a kind of struggle between two parts of my mind - one that needs to indulge in being alone, and one that needs to be anywhere else other than inside my own head."
