Why do we like this?
Metronomy just released a new single off their forthcoming album Love Letters. "I'm Aquarius" is a good track from the group, though doesn't break any style boundaries or sound much different than anything else the band has put out. I don't hate it, I just feel like I've heard that same melody from them a million times over.
But it must be better than I'm giving it credit for because we've already got a bootleg remix from Miami-based producer Panic Bomber (aka Richard Haig.) He does well to take this track to the next level, a very danceable one at that. His production adds plenty more elements of interest -- the vocals bouncing along with the driving disco house beat.
This bootleg version is free for download. For more on Panic Bomber, follow him via Facebook.
