Why do we like this?
An acoustic cover of a famous song that everyone knows? Done by a famous female vocalist that everyone knows? Yes, please! I'm not entirely sure how long this cover has been around, but I'd estimate it appeared some time in 2009. Coincidentally, that was the last time that Metric, fronted by the lovely Emily Haines, released an album (Fantasies).

Alas, there has yet to be any talk of a new album coming down the pipeline, but that won't stop me from enjoying their older work...or lavishing in the awesome remixes this playlist dredges up.
