An Improvised Friendship
Men I Trust gave me an escape from work, if only for a few minutes, and that escape took the form of chill electro-jazz heaven.
It's not every day you forget about time, it's such a constant in our lives, and yet with "Hard To Let Go" I disappeared for an actual hour. I started listening and I found myself, just fading into its electro-jazz ambiance, the flow, the rhythms, the slow release of vocals into the pure instrumentals. The track is arresting in its peace.
It doesn't try hard to let you listen, you just do it, you can't help but to listen — making it "Hard To Let Go."
